Using traditional or modern upholstery techniques to restore comfort to or upgrade the appearance of a trusted piece of furniture is a welcome alternative to the prevailing culture of disposability.

Whether replacing a sprung and stuffed seat or tailoring a new fabric cover for an existing piece, I ​work to preserve the essential characteristics of the original piece so that you can continue to use and enjoy it.

I'm also keen to work in the most sustainable way possible, and would be happy to explore using rubberised hair in place of foam on modern pieces, for example.
